First impressions,
cult classics, are alot like the nearly extinct Kyrptos (the blue ones). They fixed the one thing always bothered me about kryptos, that is the 8mm core. The cult classics feature a standard 10mm core which means no stupid specical spacers and you can run builtins. They come in two colours yellow and magenta both are pretty bad ass looking, and are the same thane and duro.

Size: 70mm
Duro: 80A
Core: side set 10mm
contact patch: not wide.
Thane: Mystothane
Shape: radioused, kypto style.
Colours; yellow and magenta, same duro.
Mold release: hell yes.
So some cool stuff, since the thane is the same you can mix and match colours which is pretty cool, and people will think your nuts which is a plus. Longboard living will let you mix and match.
First impressions riding.
I put them on and realized that had a decent roll speed. I did two or three runs and threw lots of big hands down a slides going pretty quick. They were a the tinniest bit choppy while getting the mold release off, yes they coming with mold release like the good old days. Once the relese was off the slides were nice and smooth, quiet and non choppy at all, pretty much what you would expect with a side set wheel. Stand ups were lots of fun on them, and when it came to predrifts into corners they hooked up pretty easily and gripped through the corner when I wanted to. That being said, as i started to wear them a bit more they lost some of their grip, which happends with every wheel. No coning yet, but i'm sure its going to come.
Expectations for the life of the wheel,
I haven't had these long, but based on what i've experienced with kryptos these wheels will cone, since they are side set. But really who cares they have lots of thane on them and should last a decent while.
Based on what I've experienced with these they will be ideal for freeride and I guess crusing carving or whatever. I would recomend them for those applications, they're pretty sweet and they will fill the void left once every krypto in existence is cored and dead. Buy a set try em out, you'll probably have lots of fun on them.

Conclusion
so if your too lazy to ready my long review, (I don't blame you). Here is the Gist of it, thses are alot like kryptos, kryptos are awesome and so are the cult classics. A sweet freeride wheel that looks pretty damn bad ass.
